About the Role
This is a key commercial role where you’ll be instrumental in managing and nurturing the ongoing relationships with our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring their continued success with Google Workspace and GCP, focusing on renewals and expanding their utilization of these powerful tools.
You’ll regularly engage with many different companies across the Nordics, understanding their needs and advising them on how to maximize the features and functions within their existing solutions. While this is a commercial role, an understanding of Google Cloud products, or a keen desire to become a champion in them, is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Commercial Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with our Google Workspace and GCP customers.
- Renewal Management: Proactively manage customer renewals, ensuring high retention rates and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with customers to understand their evolving business needs and advise them on how to best leverage their investments.
- Collaborate closely with our technical team and the Google Cloud team in the Nordics to stay updated on the latest solutions and trends, ensuring customers receive the most effective support and guidance.
What we’re looking for
Given that our client’s corporate language is mostly English, we need to ensure a high level of proficiency in our communication. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and business growth.
You’ll likely have a desire to help customers push their business forward with Google Cloud technologies.
- Driven to thrive in a sales or relationship management position with a focus on customer loyalty and business expansion.
- Eager to gain a strong understanding of Google Workspace and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and become an expert to help customers advance their business forward with cloud technology.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to build rapport and trust with SMB customers.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, always seeking ways to add value to customers and learn new skills.

Location: Primarily based in central Copenhagen (Vesterbro), with the expectation of regular in-person presence for relationship building. Remote work options are available.
